Letisa is a Dallas Independent School District teacher.  Smith is a fourteen year Family and Consumer Science teacher. Smith has also sponsored student-led organizations, such as Diamonds and Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA). Diamonds and FCCLA are organizations that prepare students for life, by giving them the necessary soft skills needed to build confidence and problem solve.
