We are compiling a database of free and low cost resources available in each state for important life and end of life planning matters. Our goal is to include only state approved forms, eliminating or minimizing the expense of an attorney.
In 2023, we are kicking off the Simple Legal Solutions Initiative. The Initiative will involve the development of a comprehensive database of free and low cost resources available nation-wide to assist individuals with the preparation of forms for important life and end of life planning.
Our goal is to include, in the database, self-help tools that eliminate or minimize the expense of an attorney.

Texas' Legislature passed a law in 2015 requiring Texas' Supreme Court to develop basic forms for end of life planning. The Supreme Court, responsively, drafted the following will forms:
